This Privacy Policy explains how ResearchStart Academy, a DBA of Clinical Relay LLC ("we," "us"), handles information on https://researchstartacademy.com.

Information we collect

• Information you submit through our contact form: first and last name, and optionally email address, phone number, and a message about your availability or interests.
• SMS consent details: the phone number, the message categories you select, the time of consent, the page where consent was given, the disclosure version, your browser user agent, and IP address where available.
• Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit, such as device type and pages viewed.

We do not ask for health conditions, diagnoses, or other personal health information, and we ask that you not include it in any message.

How we use information

• To respond to your questions about our lessons and website.
• To send the text messages you specifically opted in to receive.

SMS communications

Our SMS program sends only the categories you choose: account notifications (guide delivery, content access updates, opt-in and opt-out confirmations, HELP replies) and, if you separately agree, recurring marketing messages about new guides, tools, and website resources. Mobile opt-in information

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

This includes research organizations, trial sponsors, drug development companies, and third-party marketers. SMS consent is never treated as permission to share your contact information with any independent program. If a courtesy introduction to a specific independent program is ever offered, it would require your separate, explicit consent.
