Program description

The ResearchStart Academy SMS Program has two separate, optional categories: account notifications related to your subscription, and recurring marketing messages about new ResearchStart Academy guides, tools, and website resources. ResearchStart Academy is not a research organization or healthcare provider, and messages never include health advice, eligibility screening, or enrollment.

Message categories

• Account Notifications: I agree to receive account notifications text messages from ResearchStart Academy related to my subscription, such as guide delivery, content access updates, opt-in confirmations, opt-out confirmations, and replies to HELP requests, sent to the mobile number I provided.
